At MR Clean, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy. Please read the details below to understand how our process works.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including products that have been used or partially consumed, items purchased on sale or with a special discount, and any product that is not in its original condition or packaging.

How to Request a Return

Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, MR Clean will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on how the original payment was made.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations
