At MR Clean, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle deliveries across Pakistan.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, which will be communicated on our website or during promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery. If you have any trouble tracking your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. MR Clean is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
